About

Hi! Welcome to my personal web space. I am Ali, hailing from the southernmost part of Punjab I am an ordinary guy who has spent three decades of his life. Having completed my graduation six years back and backed up by a strong dedication to teach, I joined the teaching profession and have been into it from last five years. This wide teaching timespan has helped me to harness my tutoring potential and has enabled me to not only be able to contribute effectively to students’ development and educational needs, but to also keep myself abreast of the latest happenings in the world of academia. I have the privilege to serve as an instructor to disciplines ranging from business to non-business domains and from undergraduate to postgraduate level. I have successfully demonstrated the ability to make students learn and apply the concepts in real life settings. Along with continuing my teaching career I am also pursuing my research and scholarly agenda.

On the personal side, I have got some great friends, colleagues and mentors in my social circle. I love to read latest happenings taking place round the clock and across the globe. I am always eager to watch documentaries particularly if their subject is space or astronomy.

If I may be of any help to you, please don't hesitate in writing to me. I will be glad to hear you and respond back. I can be reached at the following email addresses:

Teaching Career

From business to non-business classes and from undergraduate to postgraduate level, I have successfully demonstrated the ability to make students learn and apply the concepts in real life settings. The image below shows my teaching career at a glance.

ALHAMDULILLAH I have met some great people in my life. Luckily, I got chance to have myself penned down through the lens of their opinions and feedback regarding me. A few of them run below...

Dear Sir, you are the most amazing personality I ever had in my academic career. Masha'ALLAH you guided me in curricular and extra curricular activities like a kind mentor. You always went out of box in teaching styles and trained us to tackle modern challenges with creative thinking. I still remember you used to answer all queries in class and also made yourself available after the class for all students like a friendly teacher. Your mentor-ship is not bound to just class only but for a lifetime. I wish all students will get mentor like you. Love and respect for you Sir!

I met you almost three years ago as your student, it was my first exposure to the subject of Marketing. As you were not very much elder to us in age when we saw you first our opinion was that he is just another teacher (like other visiting faculty who taught us) but today after learning from you I can feel the difference when it comes to the concepts of Marketing as a subject. I am doing MBA with my job and I dont have much time to spare for studies but its efforts which you have put in teaching us that I dont need to study for hours now to prepare for my Marketing exams at this level. In short, you had been a great teacher, in addition to this, your friendly behaviour makes your students learn more easily, as the more you draw distance between communicators it will become diffcult for one to make others understand and for others to understand and you removed that gap which was very helpful.

I have spent very precious time with you during my student life and have always found you a very hard worker person in any of the field and task you were related to. I remember the time when we are about to complete our MBA and we were ready to go in the market for jobs or starting our own businesses, you were always there to guide us on how to prepare ourselves for the interviews, how to interact with others, how to behave, how to implement and reflect our studies in practical life. In a nutshell, I have very good memories of you as a teacher, as a mentor and as a big brother. I hope that other students of yours will learn a lot from you as well like we did.

- Muhammad Ahsan Irshad | Student of MBA (1.5) program Year, Session: 2016-2018 at Institute of Management Sciences, BZU, Multan. Currently working as Junior Executive Sales at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited.

I want you to know that I learnt a lot from you and your lectures. I was in the best version of myself during your lectures. It's wasn't me, it was you who gave me confidence, brilliance, brightness, sharpness and courage. For me, that period was the period of evolution of me. I was very much groomed by personality, knowledge, and answering vise. It all happened when I was regularly taking your lectures. Unfortunately, I couldn't stick to my regularity due to several reasons. And I seriously felt bad for that. It was totally my loss. Because I was lacking the time to be attentive to you, all the courage, confidence, brilliance and brightness that I got from you, faded and I felt that. But Insha'ALLAH I will follow your instructions and try make myself a better version of myself. You are great sir! Thank you for being our tutor.

Institute of Management Sciences has been a dream place to me and my favorite part about IMS was its faculty and my fellow students. The faculty allowed me to express myself freely both on a personal and intellectual level—they truly supported me with any interest I had or any situation I was facing. A lot of people think back to graduation school or university and shudder; in my case, I think back to four years of uninterrupted learning and success. Among the faculty, Mr. Ali Ahmed was one of a kind hearted teacher. The one I´ll remember till the rest of my life. His dynamic approach to teaching motivates and engages the student to strive and struggle for the best. He has an unbeatable formula for expediting learning and bringing success in the classroom and it´s infectious. His genuine care for others is beyond this world. I write to thank him for his help in my academic excellence. Though I am of the view that he doesn’t remembers me quite well as had hundreds of students still I assume I wasn’t the most difficult student either (I know I wasn’t the easiest too). Many thanks to you Sir to bear me and staying by my side in guiding me throughout the course.

In life there are very few people who are truly sincere with you, who can see the more of you one step ahead than others, you are one of those few people. Thank you for being my teacher, it is such an honor for me to be your student.

Dear Ali , you have been a wonderful fellow. I have always found you a nice and congenial person. Being the member of same society and community, you have always worked for the betterment of society. I was always appreciable of your attitude towards your family. Your congenial relationship with your younger brother is quite remarkable. Though being a learned and erudite fellow, your humbleness and down to earth attitude always marveled me. You are very much cautious and choosy about friends. The circle of your friendship never got too much wide because of your believing in quality of friends not on quantity of friends .Your circle of friendship is really nice. You always loved to have friends of good reputation and of well educated background. You always sort the company of learned persons. I pray to GOD that you may succeed in every sphere of life.

Brief Write-ups

1. The rise of a new opposition group with-in PTI circles.

Looking at the current political scenario where PML (N) and PPP seem to be struggling hard to remain relevant on the political canvas, it appears that things are not going to be good for both the entities in near future. This makes me believe that a vacuum will be created to be filled by another political party in case if PTI doesn't live upto the mark or standards the Pakistani society has established. Moreover, within PTI, cracks are already underway and can be spotted easily now. I am of the view that sooner a dominant group will emerge within the PTI family o present and market a different stance and to establish them-self as a new face to the general public. Timing and efficacy of such an emergence remains ambiguous, but it is bound to happen.

2. The Soleimani Saga.

The martyr of Soleimani is surely a big news. U.S must have thought carefully before clearing him out of the equation, but the repercussions and the fallout might not be the same as expected. Though Iran has less options but lesser options doesn't makes Iran as less dangerous. A wounded snake is assumed to be more vigorous/dangerous than the normal one. Hopefully peace will prevail and Iran will act sensibly but the statements by them show otherwise. Time will tell...
